- Identify and approach potential retail brands and retailers for leasing opportunities.
- Generate leasing leads through market mapping, networking, brokers, and direct outreach.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Negotiate commercial terms including rentals, lock-in periods, CAM charges, and lease tenure.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for lease documentation and closure.
- Maintain a database of prospective tenants and leasing pipelines.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and retail expansion plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with national and regional retail brands.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual leasing targets.
- Prepare leasing reports, occupancy status reports, and management presentations.
- Ensure timely handover of leased units to tenants.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
