Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping operations of a luxury private residence. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and presentation while supervising housekeeping staff and maintaining the residence to exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all rooms, living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the residence.
- Prepare staff duty rosters, assign daily tasks, and monitor attendance and performance.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, grooming standards, and service etiquette.
- Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning equipment, and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of luxury furniture, fixtures, antiques, artwork, and delicate surfaces.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel and external vendors for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in a private residence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle special cleaning requirements and support household events when required.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the Residence Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in a luxury private residence, premium hospitality, or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and luxury home care.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and capable of supervising daily housekeeping operations.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹28,854.16 - ₹32,450.03 per month
