Avature Functional Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Avature Functional Consultant to support and improve an enterprise Recruitment / HR technology environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Avature Recruitment or a similar enterprise recruitment system such as Taleo, PeopleSoft or Oracle Recruiting, with strong functional or techno-functional knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, test and implement changes and enhancements in the Avature Recruitment system.
- Provide BAU support, including investigating issues, troubleshooting and resolving system-related problems.
- Support new Avature features, enhancements and improvements.
- Understand recruitment and HR business processes and translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Gather requirements, perform business analysis and process mapping.
- Prepare and support functional testing, regression testing and implementation activities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and technology vendors on system support and development.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and system functionality.
- Support recruitment and onboarding-related processes within the system.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment systems / HR technology / HRIS.
- Hands-on experience with Avature Recruitment is preferred.
- Candidates with strong experience in Taleo, PeopleSoft, Oracle Recruiting or similar enterprise recruitment platforms may also be considered.
- Strong understanding of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition business processes.
- Experience in system configuration, testing, troubleshooting and implementation.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with both business and technical teams.
