Biggbang Coworking is looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our workspace. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, members, and clients with a welcoming attitude
- Handle check-ins and check-outs of guests and coworking members
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and redirect calls when necessary
- Respond to emails and messages professionally and in a timely manner
- Client & Member Assistance
- Provide information about coworking space, facilities, and membership plans
- Assist new members with onboarding and address any concerns promptly
- Manage bookings for meeting rooms and other shared spaces
- Maintain records of walk-in inquiries and follow up with potential clients
- Assist in office administration and coordinate with different departments
- Manage couriers, deliveries, and vendor interactions
- Ensure smooth coordination between vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance staff
- Help in organizing community events and networking sessions
- Ensure all office and pantry supplies are well-stocked and maintained
