WE ARE HIRING | AMC ENGINEER – FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS
Detection Instruments India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced AMC Engineer to handle Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), servicing and troubleshooting of Fire Alarm Systems across multiple locations in North India.
Base Location
Izzatnagar (IZN), Uttar Pradesh
The engineer will be responsible for AMC activities across:
- IZN – Izzatnagar
- FGR – Fatehgarh
- KSJ – Kasganj
- PBE – Pilibhit
- LKU – Lalkuan
- KPV – Kashipur
Position: AMC Engineer – Fire Detection & Alarm Systems
Qualification
- Diploma / Graduate Engineer in Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical or relevant engineering discipline.
Experience
2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in Fire Detection & Alarm Systems.'
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience in servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting and testing of addressable Fire Alarm Systems.
- Experience with Ravel or Honeywell make Fire Alarm Systems is preferred.
- Ability to independently attend AMC breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities.
- Experience in fault finding, panel troubleshooting, detector testing and system maintenance.
- Good understanding of Fire Alarm System installation, commissioning and servicing.
- Willingness to travel across assigned AMC locations as required.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to prepare service reports and coordinate with customers and HO.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems at AMC sites.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve system faults within the required timeline.
- Inspect, test and maintain addressable fire alarm panels, detectors, modules, sounders and associated devices.
- Troubleshoot system faults and ensure reliable operation of the Fire Alarm System.
- Maintain proper service records, checklists and visit reports.
- Coordinate with customers/end-users for AMC activities and technical requirements.
- Escalate major technical issues to the HO/technical team and ensure timely resolution.
- Travel between IZN, FGR, KSJ, PBE, LKU and KPV and other assigned sites as required.
- Ensure professional conduct and adherence to company/customer safety procedures at all sites.

We are looking for a hands-on and responsible engineer who can independently handle Fire Alarm System AMC activities, troubleshoot customer issues and travel across multiple sites.
