Full-time Hospitality & Property Operations
Job Summary
Green Hive Hospitality LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple hospitality projects and properties. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with Zoho Books/Zoho Accounting software, and the ability to coordinate financial activities across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting records for multiple hospitality properties and projects.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Record and review journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Monitor cash flow, outstanding receivables, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and management teams for project-wise accounting.
- Ensure accurate GST/TDS (or applicable statutory) accounting and compliance support.
- Assist with audits, financial reviews, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain proper accounting controls and data accuracy within Zoho software.
- Generate management reports and property-wise profitability analyses as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (hospitality, property management, or multi-project environments preferred).
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and taxation basics.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books/Zoho Accounting software is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reconciliation schedules, and reporting).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Additional certifications in accounting, taxation, or finance are an advantage.
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, serviced apartment, or property management accounting is preferred.
