Save and Smile is a 20+ year trusted wealth advisory firm in Kolkata, helping 1,200+ families and individuals build wealth through mutual funds, insurance, fixed income, and alternative assets. We're growing fast and looking for a driven, people-friendly go-getter to join our sales team as we expand.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and warm leads to introduce our services
- Follow up consistently on leads until they convert into a client meeting — no lead left cold
- Set up appointments for the CEO/Relationship Manager and keep every follow-up logged and on time
- Maintain accurate records of every call, lead status, and next action
- Support client onboarding and after-sales follow-up calls as needed
Who We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, tele-sales, or inside sales (BFSI, insurance, or financial services background preferred but not mandatory)
- Confident, clear communicator in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Comfortable with high call volumes and a target-driven role
- Basic computer literacy — Excel, WhatsApp, email
- Honest, disciplined, and genuinely interested in a long-term career in financial services
