Summary :-
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Assist in installation of new machines and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical problems in machines and equipment
- Attend to periodic repair and maintenance of processing facility
- Provide guidance to service provider staff in operating electrical, electronic and mechanical machines and equipment
- Perform machine settings as per desired products during production runs
- Maintain circuit layouts and operating specifications for machines and equipment
- Assist in hygiene, quality and other audits
- Assist in customer visits and other plant visits
- Establish and implement preventive maintenance mechanisms for plant machines and equipment's
- Minimizing the electrical cost by proper maintenance of the electrical equipment's
- Yield management for finished goods and ensure adherence to procedures to maintain quality
- Perform shift activities along with necessary electrical maintenance
- Ensure compliance of processing facilities to quality systems and other statutory regulations
- Keep updated with electrical and mechanical aspects of modern machines and equipment in food processing
- Responsible for up keep & maintenance of all utility Equipment's(Boiler, Chiller, Compressor and DG)
- Vendor management
o Meet with service provider regularly
o Interact with suppliers for various spares, parts, machinery and equipment
o Coordinate with vendors for repairs and machine maintenance etc.
o Maintain relationships with customers during their visits of production facilities
Mandatory :- To have 33KV License
