About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and driven Jr.Project Manager/Project Coordinator to lead our mobile and web app development projects. In this role, you will oversee the entire project life cycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications that align with client requirements and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and deliver web & app development projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverable.
Coordinate with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution.
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings for Agile projects.
Ensure all project documentation, including timelines, requirements, and reports, is up-to-date.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.
Monitor app development trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing app development projects (mobile and web).
Strong understanding of app development processes and life cycles.
experience in project management, in web development or software development projects.
Strong knowledge of web development processes, technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP with frameworks ,Shopify ,CMS platforms, etc.), and best practices.
Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and team management.
Technical knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and tools is a plus.
Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
