Role Summary:
The Production Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of production processes, from planning to delivery. This role is responsible for coordinating with various teams, managing timelines, and maintaining quality standards to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage production orders efficiently to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (workshop, external tailors, sub-production, catalogue, design, merchandise, procurement, processing, inventory, marketing, and accounts) to ensure seamless production.
- Utilize the Inventory Forecasting Sheet to predict inventory needs and ensure smooth production.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Implement quality control measures to reduce product returns and complaints.
- Communicate production timelines, updates, and challenges effectively to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records in Uniware for Purchase Orders (PO) and Putaway entries.
- Track pending orders and ensure prompt production fulfilment.
- Fulfilled store and exhibition orders.
Success Metrics / KPIs:
- On-time delivery of production orders
- Quality of products (defect rate, customer complaints)
- Inventory management (stockouts, overstocking)
- Production efficiency (cycle time, productivity)
- Customer satisfaction (feedback, repeat business)
- Make pcs from wastage.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Graduation or Post Graduation, Diploma/Degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning and coordination
- Industry exposure in fashion or manufacturing preferred
