We are hiring a Travel Lead Verification Specialist to verify travel enquiries before they are assigned to the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Call and verify travel leads.
- Confirm destination, travel dates, budget, and traveller details.
- Qualify leads as Hot, Warm, Cold, or Invalid.
- Update CRM with accurate call notes.
- Forward genuine leads to the sales team.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or travel sales preferred.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work independently from home.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
