BDS - Freshers to Experienced
Excellent command of English and Malayalam is essential, with additional preference for candidates who can communicate in Hindi and Tamil.
Candidates with customer handling experience will be an advantage

The PPS Executive is to technically evaluate and verify scans, models, or impressions received from customers (Doctors) and determine their suitability to initiate dental prosthetic work. The role requires direct communication with Doctors to provide accurate technical guidance, suggest appropriate solutions, and ensure case feasibility before production.
1. Technically verify and analyza scans, digital models, or physical impressions submitted by doctors to confirm workability.
2. Assess whether the work type requested by the doctor is compatible with the provided scan/model/impression
3. Identify technical limitations such as insufficient clearance, layering issues in scans, Distortions, inaccuracies, or incomplete data
4. Communicate clearly with doctors regarding: Case feasibility, Required modifications, Need for re-scan or new impression, wherever applicable
5. Suggest the most appropriate alternative treatment or work type when the requested work is not feasible with the provided scan/model.
6. Ensure all technical clarifications are communicated diplomatically and professionally to maintain strong doctor relationships
7. Act as the primary technical point of contact between doctors and internal production teams
8. Document-case related communications and technical observations accurately in the system
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
