We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, and acquiring clients for IT services in international markets including the US, UK, Australia, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other platforms.
- Make outbound calls to potential international clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce the company's IT services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and estimates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development.
- Experience in lead generation, international sales, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
