Oversee project execution, manage logistics, and ensure field teams have the resources necessary to achieve strategic goals efficiently.
Core Responsibilities -
- On-Site Operations: Manage day-to-day logistics, resource allocation, and workflow at project sites.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and support field staff and local volunteers.
- Liaison & Reporting: Serve as the primary communication bridge between field workers and central management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with local authorities, community leaders, and project partners.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
- Budget & Administration: Track project expenditures, manage on-site resources, and assist with financial reporting.
