We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to oversee retail operations across multiple stores within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the apparel retail industry, with expertise in driving sales, managing store performance, leading teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the performance of multiple retail stores within the assigned region.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and profitability goals.
- Monitor store-wise sales, productivity, footfall, conversion, and average bill value (ABV).
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Store Managers and sales teams to maximize performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives to increase store sales.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
