- Perform X-ray examinations as prescribed by physicians.
- Prepare and position patients correctly for imaging procedures.
- Explain procedures to patients and address their concerns.
- Operate and maintain X-ray equipment efficiently and safely.
- Ensure radiation safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Verify patient identity and examination details before procedures.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation by radiologists.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Assist radiologists during special imaging procedures when required.
- Monitor and report equipment malfunctions to the concerned department.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the X-ray room and equipment.
- Follow hospital policies, NABH guidelines, infection control practices, and safety standards.
