D2C Operations Manager – Job Role
Location: Tiruppur
Experience: 2-3 Years (D2C/eCommerce Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end D2C operations.
- Oversee order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with production.
- Handle courier partners and reduce NDR/RTO.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, Customer Support, and Accounts.
- Ensure smooth website and marketplace operations.
- Improve operational processes and implement SOPs.
- Track daily operational KPIs and prepare reports.
- Lead and manage the operations team.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in D2C/eCommerce operations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Shopify, logistics, and inventory management.
- Good communication and Excel skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environme
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
