The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging visual content that supports the organization's branding, marketing, admissions, and academic initiatives. The role involves designing digital and print creatives while ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, certificates, and other marketing materials.
- Create creatives for admission campaigns, course promotions, events, and student engagement activities.
- Assist in developing website, email, and WhatsApp campaign visuals.
- Edit images and support basic video editing and motion graphics when required.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the organization's brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Academic, HR, and Sales teams to meet creative requirements.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Maintain organized design files and creative assets.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Support senior designers and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of design principles.
- Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹8,709.08 - ₹20,000.00 per month
