Veenus India is a leading manufacturer of PVC interior building materials including PVC wall panels, ceiling panels, louvers, doors, and laminated sheets. We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to strengthen our operations and ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain management.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing procurement, inventory, production planning, logistics, and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from raw material procurement to finished goods dispatch
- Plan and coordinate material requirements with production teams
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and avoid production delays
- Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and warehouse operations
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
- Optimize logistics and transportation costs
- Improve supply chain processes and reduce wastage
- Work closely with production, sales, and management teams
- Monitor key supply chain KPIs and prepare reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / Operations
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Knowledge of inventory management, ERP, procurement, and logistics
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities
Preferred Experience:
- PVC / plastic / interior building materials / manufacturing background will be an advantage
