Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging, play-based learning activities.
- Create a safe, warm, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Use storytelling, art, music, and hands-on activities for learning.
- Observe and track children’s development and progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and collaborative planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
- NTT / Montessori / ECCEd certification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-primary or early childhood education.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young learners.
