Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive franchise expansion across assigned territories.
- Identify, approach, and develop potential franchise partners.
- Present the company's franchise business model (FOCO/DMH or applicable model) to prospective partners.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and franchise presentations.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of franchise leads.
- Guide the sales team to convert qualified prospects into active franchisees.
- Monitor and maintain CRM records of all leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth franchise onboarding.
- Develop regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
- Track team performance, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.
- Build long-term relationships with franchise partners to ensure business growth and retention.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
