About the Role
We're looking for a Sales representative to manage customer inquiries on assigned platforms/channels, understand customer requirements, coordinate with our design and production teams, and close sales for custom jewellery and watches. This role suits someone who enjoys direct customer conversations and is comfortable working with international clients across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from assigned sales platforms and marketing-generated leads
- Understand customer requirements and guide them through product and customization options
- Coordinate with the design (CAD) team for custom orders and present design/price options to customers
- Follow up on quotes, negotiate, and close sales
- Track orders through production and keep customers updated at each stage
- Coordinate dispatch details and ensure post-delivery follow-up, including review requests and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and orders in company systems
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable with online sales, chat-based, and call-based customer interaction
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, messaging tools)
- Freshers welcome; prior experience in sales, e-commerce, or jewellery is an advantage but not mandatory
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
