Position: Admission CounselorKey Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Conduct campus tours and explain institute facilities and course offerings.
- Maintain inquiry records and update the CRM/database regularly.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while delivering an excellent counseling experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Experience in admissions, education counseling, telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Sales experience or background
