3M Car Care Studio is an authorised 3M-certified detailing centre in Kokapet, Hyderabad, specialising in premium car detailing, ceramic coating, and Paint Protection Film (PPF) services. With a rapidly growing customer base and over 1,800 inbound leads generated every month through social media and digital channels, we are building a dedicated tele-sales team to convert interest into footfall.
As a Telecaller – Lead Conversion Specialist, you will be the first human voice our potential customers hear. Your primary goal is to engage every incoming lead, understand their requirement, build rapport, and drive them to visit our studio. You will manage a structured follow-up cadence to ensure no lead is left behind.
Looking for graduates,preferably femels freshers welcome or experienced in the auto industry or managing high-end product sales at A store level
▸ Call each assigned lead a minimum of 3 times across different time slots to maximise contact rate.
▸ Qualify leads by understanding the customer's vehicle, requirement, and budget (detailing, ceramic coating, PPF, etc.).
▸ Clearly explain the benefits of 3M products and our studio's services in simple, engaging language.
▸ Overcome objections, answer FAQs, and build enough trust to convert a call into a confirmed studio visit.
▸ Log every interaction — call status, customer response, follow-up date — in the CRM or lead tracker in real time.
▸ Co-ordinate with the studio team on slot availability and special promotions to offer during calls.
▸ Share daily/weekly lead status reports with the manager, highlighting hot leads, lost leads, and conversion rates.
▸ Escalate complex technical queries to the service team and relay answers back to the customer promptly.
▸ Maintain a professional, courteous, and brand-consistent tone in every interaction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
