We’re looking for a Platform Support Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our cloud-native platforms. You’ll troubleshoot production issues, perform rapid root cause analysis using logs and telemetry, automate operational workflows, and work closely with engineering teams to continuously improve platform stability and customer experience.

Monitor production platforms and services using observability tools to ensure high availability and performance.

Investigate and resolve production issues using logs, metrics, traces, metadata, and SQL to perform effective root cause analysis.

Collaborate with engineering teams to implement permanent fixes and improve platform reliability.

Support production deployments, operational changes, and incident response.

Develop automation and operational tooling using Python or Bash.

Build dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and operational documentation.

Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate debugging, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.

2–5 years of experience supporting cloud-native applications or production platforms.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with an engineering-first mindset.

Proficiency in Python and SQL; Bash scripting is a plus.

Good understanding of Linux, REST APIs, networking fundamentals, and distributed systems.

Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Elasticsearch/Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or New Relic.

Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable), CI/CD, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude to improve engineering productivity.
