Job Summary
A Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required by the organization. The role involves maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring timely procurement, controlling costs, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate contracts.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
- Track market trends, pricing, and product availability.
- Resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Assist in cost-saving initiatives and vendor management programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations (experience requirements may vary).
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
