About the Role :
Flora Misty Falls is seeking a passionate and service-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality standards.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor restaurant setup, service flow, and closing procedures.
- Welcome and interact with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
- Build strong guest relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure personalized service in line with luxury hospitality standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant team members.
- Assist in preparing staff schedules and duty rosters.
- Conduct on-the-job training and maintain service excellence standards.
- Promote restaurant offerings, special menus, and upselling opportunities.
- Assist in achieving revenue targets through effective sales initiatives.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate requisitions with relevant departments.
- Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures are followed.
- Support management in implementing operational improvements and guest engagement initiatives.
- Monitor inventory usage and help control operational costs.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain service records.
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and F&B service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Guest-focused attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software is an advantage.
