Candidates with prior experience in domestic airline ticketing will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi, with strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Role Summary
The Customer Relations Officer will handle customer interactions professionally, support booking-related queries, assist with domestic airline ticketing processes, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
