Electrical Assembly Technician/Engineer (Field Wiring)
Job Summary:
Perform routine Panel and field assembly and wiring tasks under the direct supervision
of Co-ordinator.
Job Requirements:
- Must hold hands-on experience in the control panel and field devices assembly & wiring.
- Must be familiar with electrical devices like PLC, HMI, VFD, load cells, various motors,
- various sensors, etc.,
- Must be able to understand the electrical circuit diagrams and safety wiring standards
- Basic knowledge is required about pneumatic and hydraulic systems and it's functions
- Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must hold a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / ECE (FULL TIME) from a
- recognised board/college
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in Electrical Assembly operations in the SPM
- manufacturer or Automation Solutions based companies
Key Deliverables:
- Within the agreed lead time have to deliver the panel/field wiring with the necessary
- standards & aesthetics
- Must be able to handle the assigned task at least with 2 to 3 members
- Prepare the daily log and all kinds of project information and make it available to all at
- any time.
- Required to travel within India or abroad, to do installation activities at customer sites.
- Willing to learn in relevant areas on a daily basis.
- Ensures compliance with applicable company and client quality requirements in all
- assigned programs, functions, products, and areas.
- Identifies and reports problems with specific processes or products to senior engineers.
- Assists senior engineers in the development of new methods to improve product quality
- and process efficacy and efficiency
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional Skills May be Required:
- Knowledge of machine assembly processes.
- Have good interpersonal skills to work effectively and communicate at all levels
