What you'll work on:
Content Creation
- Create Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels and other social media content
- Conceptualise content ideas that can generate reach, engagement and brand recall
- Assist with shoots, styling, scripting and visual direction
- Repurpose content across Instagram and other digital platforms
Creative & Visuals
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches and social media
- Create/coordinate graphics, moodboards, references and visual assets
- Maintain a consistent visual identity for MAVK
Brand Strategy
- Research fashion, consumer and social media trends
- Study competitors and identify content opportunities
- Help define MAVK's content pillars and brand voice
- Think about what makes MAVK different and how we communicate that to customers
- Convert trends and consumer insights into actionable content ideas
Growth Mindset
- Track content performance and understand what is working
- Experiment with new formats, hooks and storytelling styles
- Bring fresh ideas rather than simply following a content calendar
Who are we looking for?
MAVK is looking for a creative, fashion-forward and highly driven intern who doesn't just want to “manage social media” — but wants to help build a brand from the ground up.
- Students/recent graduates from Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Communication Design, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Brand Management or related fields
- Strong interest in fashion, menswear and digital brands
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels and current content trends
- Comfortable creating content and presenting ideas
- Basic-to-good knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects or similar tools
- Strong visual sense and storytelling ability
- Someone who thinks beyond “posting” and wants to understand brand + consumer + business
- Most importantly — high ownership, curiosity and willingness to experiment
What you will get:
Monthly Stipend
Based on performance, there is an opportunity to transition into a full-time role .
You will get the opportunity to work closely with the team and be involved in building MAVK's brand, content and digital presence, rather than being limited to routine social media tasks.
This is NOT a “just post on Instagram” internship.
We are looking for someone who can eventually say:
“I know what MAVK should look like, what MAVK should say, what content MAVK should create — and why customers should care.”

Potential full-time conversion: Up to ₹50,000/month based on performance
