Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Café Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain service quality, and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The role focuses on operational efficiency, customer experience, staff management, and profitability while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end café operations including service, hygiene, and guest experience.
- Ensure consistent food and beverage quality as per brand standards.
- Supervise, train, and schedule café staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor daily sales, costs, inventory, and wastage to meet business targets.
- Implement SOPs for operations, safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies, stock control, and timely procurement.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, health, safety, and local regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and share insights with management.
- Support promotions, new launches, and operational improvements.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in café or food service operations.
- Leadership ability with a calm, customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and sales analysis.
- Ability to multitask and manage operations during peak hours.
- Good communication, team-handling, and problem-solving skills.
