Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Shop Assistant to support daily store operations and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the store
- Help customers find products and answer their queries
- Arrange and display products neatly on shelves
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Handle billing and cash transactions when required
- Pack products and assist customers with purchases
- Support the team in achieving sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th pass
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of billing and sales is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
