Job Responsibilities
- Handle student queries related to degree programs, assignments, exams, and fee payments.
- Make outbound and inbound calls for fee payment follow-ups and support.
- Guide students regarding admission, documentation, assignment submission, and academic processes.
- Maintain proper records of student interactions and payment updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Provide timely support through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM systems.
- Ensure professional communication and student satisfaction.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.

- Candidates from Delhi NCR preferred.
Pay: ₹18,766.18 - ₹28,168.24 per month
