We are looking for a Telecaller Executive
- Make outbound calls to prospective/ existing customers from database
- Explain products/services, handle queries, and generate leads or sales
- Follow scripts to pitch offers, fix appointments, or collect feedback
- Record call outcomes, customer details, and follow-ups in CRM/software
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by management
- Handle objections politely and escalate issues to supervisor if needed
- Maintain call etiquette, quality, and customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
