Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Branch Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Ludhiana branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of the study abroad industry, and the ability to manage counselors while ensuring business growth and excellent student service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the counseling team to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Provide expert counseling to students regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Monitor team performance and ensure high-quality counseling standards.
- Support student conversions from inquiry to enrollment.
- Build and maintain relationships with university representatives and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and admission procedures.
- Coordinate with visa, admissions, and documentation teams for smooth student processing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Assist in planning and executing branch marketing activities and promotional events.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry.
- Proven experience in student counseling and admissions.
- Leadership or team-handling experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of international admissions and visa processes.
- Target-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
