Job Summary :
Vaayu Shanti Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Raipur, a leading manufacturer of Pollution Control Equipment such as Filter Bags and Cages, and a trusted supplier of ESP spares, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven Marketing & Sales Executive.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing and sales activities, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong client relationships across assigned industrial regions. This role requires a result-oriented professional with 3+ years of experience in industrial marketing and field sales.
The selected candidate will focus on business development, client acquisition, market expansion, and achieving sales targets while representing the company’s products and services effectively in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to industrial areas for business development (15–20 days of fieldwork per month
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Promote and market company products such as Filter Bags, Cages, and ESP spares to industrial clients.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide effective pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations; negotiate pricing and close sales orders.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Submit daily visit reports and maintain proper follow-up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch planning, delivery tracking, and payment follow-ups.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.
Stay updated with customer requirements and provide feedback to management for product and service improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in industrial, engineering, or B2B products.
3+ years of overall experience in Marketing & Sales (Manufacturing/Industrial sector preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions, particularly West Bengal.
Proficiency in the local language (Bengali) and familiarity with regional dialects will be preferred.
Ability to build, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Well-versed in computer applications such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), professional email drafting, and presentation preparation.
Ability to read and understand CAD drawings will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of sales reporting and documentation.
Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Additional Details :
Candidates must be willing to undertake regular and extensive field visits.
Preference will be given to candidates based in the asigned regional area
