Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Sales Coordinator to support our business operations. The role involves handling quotations, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely deliveries, and managing client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and assist in commercial negotiations under guidance
- Manage order confirmation and ensure timely closure of sales
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth operations
- Ensure timely shipment of goods along with accurate documentation
- Follow up on payments and assist in credit management processes
- Support client acquisition efforts and promote logistics services
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Address customer queries and ensure high levels of service satisfaction
Requirements:
· 1–3 years of experience in logistics, sales coordination, or a similar role/ Freshers
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Good organizational and multitasking abilities
· Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP systems
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
