About the Role
IXS Academy is looking for an experienced Academic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Industrial Automation Training Centre. The ideal candidate will manage student operations, academic coordination, admissions, HR administration, and ensure a professional learning environment while working closely with the management team.
Key Responsibilities
Student Operations
· Manage student onboarding, attendance, discipline and student welfare.
· Guide and counsel students throughout their learning journey.
· Maintain a positive learning environment.
Academic Coordination
· Coordinate batches, trainers, schedules, assessments and workshops.
· Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
· Support internship coordination.
Admissions & Student Counselling
· Handle enquiries, counselling, admissions and follow-ups.
· Guide students and parents regarding training programs.
HR & Administration
· Manage day-to-day office operations.
· Coordinate with trainers, management and support staff.
· Maintain reports and documentation.
Communication
· Handle official communication with students and parents.
· Coordinate schedules, announcements and program updates.
Qualifications
· MBA (HR/Marketing) preferred.
· M.Com with HR specialization or equivalent qualification.
· Academic Counselling / Educational Management experience preferred.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in Academic Operations, Student Counselling, Educational Administration or HR.
