Job Summary
KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Manager to oversee and drive the overall business performance of all branches within the Trivandrum region. The RM will be responsible for achieving regional business targets, strengthening branch operations, opening of new branches, ensuring team productivity, and maintaining high performance standards across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall business operations of all branches within the Trivandrum region.
- Ensure each branch consistently achieves its business targets and operational goals.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and implement corrective strategies wherever performance gaps are identified.
- Develop and execute action plans to improve underperforming branches and bring them to expected performance levels.
- Oversee recruitment for all vacant positions across branches in coordination with the Corporate Office and HR Team.
- Ensure timely staffing of branches with qualified and competent personnel.
- Provide strong leadership, guidance, and motivation to Branch Managers and their teams.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
- Maintain regular communication and coordination with the Corporate Office regarding performance, staffing, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive product awareness and ensure effective promotion of company financial products across branches.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the NBFC sector.
- At least 3+ years of experience in senior-level roles.
- Strong experience in Gold Loan operations.
- Proven track record in achieving and driving business targets.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of NBFC products, operations, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
