Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound lead generation.
- Contact prospective clients via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and property consultations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- MBA candidates are encouraged to apply.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
