We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our Operations team for managing the Video-based Customer Identification Process (VCIP) in line with RBI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities -
Handle customer interactions for Video Customer Identification Process (CKYC)
Assist/handle customer queries during digital onboarding journey
Verify customer KYC documents through video calls as per compliance guidelines.
The target is to ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer queries, and maintain high Customer satisfaction and resolution.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
