Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily receipt and inspection of perishable and non-perishable inventory items.
- Maintain accurate store inventory records and ensure real-time stock tracking.
- Issue products to commissary and outlet units in a timely manner to support uninterrupted production and operations.
- Ensure systematic stock rotation by implementing FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to minimise wastage and prevent expiry-related losses.
- Raise Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) based on inventory requirements.
- Conduct periodic market surveys to support procurement decisions and cost optimisation.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and storage standards as per organisational guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies in supply.
- Monitor stock movement and prepare detailed inventory and consumption reports.
- Support staff training related to store handling, inventory processes, and compliance practices.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
