Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Cloud Trainee (Tally on Cloud) to join our Cloud Operations team. The trainee will receive hands-on training in Tally on Cloud deployment, cloud server management, user support, installation, troubleshooting, remote access, and cloud infrastructure operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about cloud technologies and IT infrastructure. Based on performance, candidates will be offered a Full-Time role as a Cloud Support Executive / Cloud Operations Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and assist in Tally on Cloud deployment and configuration.
- Configure cloud servers, user access, remote desktop environments, and cloud resources.
- Assist in installation, setup, and migration of Tally on Cloud environments.
- Provide first-level technical support for Tally on Cloud users.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, login, printing, backup, and application-related issues.
- Monitor cloud server performance, uptime, and system health.
- Assist in server backup, data restoration, and disaster recovery activities.
- Coordinate with the technical and cloud operations team for issue resolution.
- Maintain cloud user accounts, permissions, and security configurations.
- Prepare support documentation, installation guides, and service reports.
- Handle support tickets and ensure timely resolution within defined timelines.
- Assist in client onboarding, cloud setup, and post-deployment support.
- Follow up with clients regarding support requests and service updates.
- Ensure proper documentation of cloud infrastructure and support activities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in BCA, B.Sc IT, Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, BE, B.Tech, MCA, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows Server, Networking, Cloud Computing, or Remote Desktop concepts.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
- Strong interest in Cloud Infrastructure, Server Administration, and Technical Support.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
