Job Summary
The Shift Incharge is responsible for managing all feed mill operations during the assigned shift to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The role involves supervising manpower, monitoring production processes, maintaining equipment performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and achieving production targets while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.
