Somani Realtors are looking for a driven Property Advisor to join our team, specifically focusing on our expanding portfolio in Pune.
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience: 1–2 years in Real Estate Sales.
· Expertise: Proven of handling residential and comercial projects in Garia and South Kolkata.
· Skillset: Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication
Key Responsibilities:
· Conducting site visits and property walkthroughs for prospective buyers.
· Managing the end-to-end sales funnel—from lead generation to closing.
· Providing expert advice on market valuations and project USPs in the Garia region.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
