What You’ll Do
- Create and serve high-quality cocktails, classic drinks & beverages.
- Lead, train, and manage the bar team during service.
- Maintain bar inventory, stock counts, wastage & beverage costs.
- Handle Delhi Excise registers, liquor records, invoices & stock reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable liquor licensing and excise requirements.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, service & guest experience.
- Develop new cocktails and contribute to the overall beverage program.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of bartending experience, with senior/head bartender experience preferred.
- Strong cocktail-making and mixology skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of Delhi Excise registers and liquor documentation is essential.
- Good understanding of inventory and cost control.
- Confident leader with excellent communication and guest-service skills.
- Energetic, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
