Job Summary
Yaksha Visual Technologies is hiring Process Associates / Senior Process Associates for one of our clients in Coimbatore. We are looking for candidates with experience in US Voice Process (Sales) who possess excellent communication skills and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build positive customer relationships and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
- Learn and effectively use company systems and tools.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in a US Voice Process (Sales).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer handling and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
