Location: Panchkula, Zirakpur & Ambala
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct field recruitment activities to hire warehouse staff.
- Visit different locations to source and screen candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a healthy hiring pipeline.
- Build relationships with local communities and recruitment sources.
- Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Good geographical knowledge of Panchkula, Zirakpur, and Ambala.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
