Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead business growth and student admissions at our Vadakara branch. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, team management, and customer relationship building, preferably in the EdTech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, partnerships, and educational institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
- Manage and mentor the Business Development team to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure effective lead conversion.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Academic teams to maximize admissions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (EdTech experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong team management and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
