1. Maintenance & Repair
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of forklifts.
- Attend breakdown calls at customer sites.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
- Repair and replace faulty spare parts and components.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime.
2. AMC & Service Operations
- Execute AMC service activities as per schedule.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Submit service reports after completion of work.
- Follow service SOP and safety standards.
3. Troubleshooting
- Identify issues related to:
- Engine
- Transmission
- Hydraulic systems
- Electrical systems
- Battery and charger systems
- Provide quick corrective actions.
4. Documentation
- Maintain daily service reports.
- Update job cards and spare parts usage.
- Record machine history and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with the service coordinator for pending work.
5. Customer Coordination
- Communicate with customer representatives regarding machine condition and repair status.
- Provide technical guidance to operators if required.
- Maintain professional behavior at customer sites.
6. Safety & Compliance
- Follow company safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Ensure safe working practices during repair and maintenance.
- Maintain housekeeping at work area.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of diesel and electric forklifts.
- Understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently at customer locations.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
